A conformation Championship title is a merit based award, awarded to a dog through a formal exhibition process where by the dog is examined by a number of judges, in a show competition environment and over a period of time. The dog show system is designed for breeders to receive feedback on the quality of their breeding, as judgements are made based on the judges interpretation of the breed standard- and how closely an individual dog meets the breed standard.

Here at Orical, our breeding objectives are wide ranging, but a core objective is to preserve breed type and improve conformation (a dogs structure and appearance). This is something that is worked on over many generations, over many years, as part of a breeders long term strategies.

We are deeply proud of our results in the show ring, both in Australia and overseas. Here we celebrate our Lappies who have achieved their conformation Championship.
